One home sold in Pebble Beach subdivision, one home was located in Emerald Cove Condos subdivision, one property was located in Islander Suites subdivision, One property was located in White Oak Landing subdivision, three homes were located in Emerald Isle By The Sea subdivision, three homes were located in Lands End subdivision, one home was located in Sea Dunes subdivision, one home was located in Surf Side subdivision and, one located in each of Sea Crest, Ocean Reef, and Dogwood Subdivision.
