One home sold in Dearhorn Dunes subdivision, one home was located in Daisywood subdivision, one property was located in Emerald Landing subdivision, One property was located in Jefferson Place subdivision, three homes were located in Emerald Isle By The Sea subdivision, one homes were located in Lands End subdivision, one home was located in Oakland Hills subdivision, one home was located in Quail Ridge subdivision, one home in Wyndtree subdivision, one located in each of Sound of the Sea, Surfside, and Windfall South. Four Homes were sold in Emerald Plantation subdivision during April 2016, two homes were sold in Ocean Reef, three homes were sold in Pier Pointe subdivision and the remaining home sold in unincorporated areas of Emerald Isle NC.
