Market Report for Emerald Isle NC for May 2014 shows that there were 19 homes SOLD in May.
One home sold in Pebble Beach, one in Quail Ridge subdivision, one in Queens Court, one in
Point Emerald Villas, three in Pier Pointe, one in Deerhorne Dunes, one in Lands End subdivision,
one in Sea Crest subdivision, and one in Spinnakers Reach subdivision.  The remaining eight
properties that were SOLD and closed in March in Emerald Isle NC are located in unincorporated
areas of Emerald Isle NC.

The average price for a home sold in Emerald Isle NC in May 2014 was $326,132. The lowest price
home that sold was priced at $114,900. The highest priced home that sold in Emerald Isle NC this
month was $669,000. Of the 19 homes that sold in Emerald Isle NC in May the sold at an average
of 95% of list price. The average price per square foot for homes sold in Emerald Isle this month
was $216.72 per square foot.

There were three lots SOLD in Emerald Isle during the month of May 2014. The lots were located
in Ocean Forest subdivision, one in Lands End, and one in Emerald Landing. The lowest priced lot
